Lesson Plan 1 Assessment
Performance Objective: Given the four key elements of integrated instruction, participants will identify one way for each element that either supports what we want students to learn in school or one way that it benefits teachers in their instruction, and share responses out to the group with 100% accuracy.
Performance Objective: Having selected a published integrated project on the CTE Online website, participants in their teams will correctly identify each of the four key elements of integrated instruction within that project with 100% accuracy.

Lesson Plan 2 Assessment
Performance Objective: Each team of participants will stand up and share their team's integrated project idea with the group, accurately identifying all five elements of integrated instruction for their project with 100% accuracy.

Performance Objective: Each team will develop their project page within CTE Online, correctly incorporating all five elements of a project with 100% accuracy.

Performance Objective: Given the two key questions, participants will identify four lesson plan ideas which each must address each question in a way appropriate for their subject area with 100% accuracy.

Performance Objective: Given the Planning a Lesson Plan handout, participants will complete each component of a highly effective lesson plan for their first lesson plan with 100% accuracy.

Performance Objective: Participants will create a lesson plan on the CTE Online site using the online tools that correctly has all of the components of a lesson plan identified with 100% accuracy.

- A Google Forms rubric (see lesson plan) will be used by Team Leads to provide feedback and correction on their four lesson plan ideas. 100% accuracy is required.

Performance Objective: Given the Planning a Lesson Plan handout, participants will complete each component of a highly effective lesson plan for their first lesson plan with 100% accuracy.
Assessments:
- Three to four participants will be asked to share out the lesson they looked at and identify each of the components of a highly effective lesson plan.
- Participants will use the Planning a Lesson Plan handout to develop their first lesson. They will complete each section of the handout for the lesson plan they would like to develop. Team Leads will review and provide feedback for their first lesson plan.
- Participants will participate in a peer review exercise, the “Triple Nickel Review,” to identify possible issues in their lesson plans.

Performance Objective: Participants will create a lesson plan on the CTE Online site using the online tools that correctly has all of the components of a lesson plan identified with 100% accuracy.
Assessments:
- A Google Forms rubric (see lesson plan) will be used by Team Leads to to ensure that all the components of a highly effective lesson plan have been included.
